Cold Water and Breath Hold for Stunt Performers - Feb 12 & 15 The cold water/breath hold course includes classroom portion and pool work. Participants are introduced to the risks & challenges of working in cold water (theory only!!!) how to enter cold water to mitigate risk, tolerance to cold water, and how to recover safely. Additionally, you will be introduced to breath hold, how to develop water comfort, the specific risks for diving on a breath hold (freediving), and safety requirements for freediving.
